Boarding at West Hill Park School is a happy and secure experience. Children are welcomed at the boarding house between the ages of 7 and 13. A recent Social Services Report praised the school not only for its outstanding boarding facilities, but also for a pastoral care system second to none.

Each child's happiness and welfare is of primary importance to us at the Boarding House and we aim to create a family atmosphere of homeliness. Fun nights, outings and weekend activities are a regular feature of the boarding programme.

The Boarding House has a dedicated team who give 24 hour pastoral and medical care to each child. The team is led by the resident Housemaster George Thomas, together with the Senior Matron, Linda Jenkins and Matrons, Joanne Legg and Sarah Kemp. There is also a fully qualified RGN Nurse, Lesley Johnson.
