Sibling Discount

An automatic discount of £150 per term will be deducted from the fees for the first sibling and £300 per term for the second sibling. Discounts for the third and subsequent siblings will be agreed by the Headmaster. No discounts will be made for children in the Nursery or for those in the Pre-Prep who are in receipt of Early Years Flexible Funding.

Paid Activities

West Hill Park offers a range of extra curricular activities, some of which are chargeable.

Individual Musical Instrument Tuition

Pupils at West Hill Park School are able to learn a wide range of musical instruments; lessons are charged at £200 per term.

Individual Learning Support

For pupils with specific learning difficulties additional one-to-one support is available, charged in arrears at £21.00 per session.

Registration

A Registration Fee of £75 is charged when application is made for entry of a child ino the School. This Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Confirmation Fee (Deposit)

A Confirmation Fee of £300 is charged twelve months before the entry of a child into the School; or £150 for entry into the Nursery. The fee is returned when the child leaves, providing due notice of leaving has been given (see Note 2 below). A Confirmation Fee paid for entry into the Pre-Prep Department is only refundable if the child leaves the School in Year 3 or above and a Confirmation Fee for entry into the Nursery is only reundable if the child leaves at the end of Pre-Prep (Reception) or later.

Notes:

1. Fees are payable in advance, together with any extras arising from the previous term and must be paid no later than the first day of each term. For the Nursery, extras are charged and are due for payment in arrears each half term. Interest is charged at the rate of 2% per month on late settlement of accounts.

2. One term's notice (to be given no later than the first day of that term) should be given before the withdrawal of a child or one term's fees paid in lieu of notice.

3. No remission of fees will be granted when a child is absent for whatever reason.
