Contact Friends

There are usually 2 (or 3) committee meetings per term to plan events and to approve spending.

Meetings are usually at 8.30am on Saturday morning (after prep School drop-off), and we TRY to keep them brief.

Preparation for events entails liaising with the school, booking entertainment, buying wine, making table decorations etc.

We are busy on the day of an event, setting up/staffing/clearing up but most of the preparation can be done ahead to fit around other commitments.

If You Are Interested

We are always looking for new committee members with children of all ages, as its good to get new ideas, suggestions and enthusiasm.

We have all found the ‘Friends' to be a great way to meet people in all year groups, especially if you are new to West Hill.

We also need helpers on the day of an event, especially the Summer Fete, so even if you don't want to join the full committee there are ways to be involved.
