"Punk" the eagle owl visiting the Pre-Prep

During the academic year educational visits take the learning experience beyond the classroom into settings that enrich the curriculum. The Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Manor Farm, Marwell Zoo and Southampton City Art Gallery are just a few examples of the range of planned educational visits.

Outside visitors help to develop an understanding of the wider community and both parents and other people visit the department regularly to talk to the children. The vicar, an ornithologist, an author and an artist have all been recent visitors to the Pre-Prep Department.
