Boarding Options | West Hill Park School

Many of our children love to board, and we encourage as many as possible to do so. A warm, buzzing boarding house is such a great asset to the school and adds enormously to our community. The school just wouldn't be the same without it. We try to be as flexible as possible in the boarding we offer, from weekly to occasional night stays.

Weekly Boarding

Some of the children like to board for the full academic week. These boarders stay at school from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon and have their own bed in the dorms. A laundry service is provided and they play a full part in weekday activities. They leave their uniform, wash bag, home-clothes and personal belongings in the Boarding House. We recommend that pupils who are going to board at their Senior School spend time boarding at West Hill Park to prepare themselves fully.

Flexi Boarding

Other children regularly board for one, two or three nights a week. They may choose to stay for the weekly Fun Nights or other nights when the activities take their fancy. They leave some home-clothes, a wash bag and belongings in the House. Other children board on an occasional basis and these nights are booked in by contacting the Boarding House. They bring their overnight clothes and belongings in each time they stay.
