Our new Head Chef, Neil Jones has worked as a Chef for almost 40 years, his experience, together with the legacy left by Matt Potts, (Prep School Chef of the Year and author of 'Half Measures'), has created a 'best of both worlds' culinary experience for our pupils and staff.

Neil's career began in the kitchens at Claridges in London, he then moved to a brand new hotel in Falmouth in Cornwall. His love of his profession led to a long and rewarding career in teaching and he was Head of Department for Hospitality and Catering at Fareham College, before he joined us at West Hill Park School. Neil, supported by his team, prepares our food to a very high standard. They provide a balanced, healthy menu, using local suppliers where possible and with flavours and presentation at the heart of their food.
