Assembly with Richard Hamilton

Many thanks to Old Westhillian Richard Hamilton for joining our assembly today, online all the way from Australia. Fascinating to hear about his life, from being a pupil at West Hill, through competing at the highest level in rowing, including at the Olympics in 1996, sports coaching, teaching, to dairy farming in New Zealand and now Australia. He is also currently an ambassador for Boys to the Bush, an organisation that supports under privileged boys back into society who have had a difficult start in life by giving them rural experiences (www.boystothebush.org.au)

Great to not only hear him speak, but also take questions from the children enthusiastic to hear all aspects of his rich life experience.
